Indoor Interval Cycling Lite includes your choice of 2 skill levels and workouts to challenge you. Visual and audio alerts tell you its time for the next stage (you can disable the alerts). Editable prepared tweets before, during, and after your workout. Easy setup: You choose the skill level and workout length Select the number of gears on you rear wheel Select your normal cadence Optional: Post to Twitter and Facebook that you are about to start your workout Preview your workout get a list of each stage and time Start your music Select specific songs, a playlist, or start another streaming audio app to play while you are training. During your workout: Change your playlist / songs at will Visual, audio, and vibrate cues prior to each stage change.
